Reformer Pilates Classes

About Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise done on a spring-loaded machine called a reformer. The moving carriage, straps, and adjustable springs create resistance as you push or pull, helping you build strong, balanced muscles, especially in the core, without high impact on the joints.

It focuses on controlled, precise movements, breath, and alignment to improve posture, flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness. Because the resistance can be finely adjusted, reformer Pilates is used both for general fitness and for rehabilitation after injuries, making it suitable for beginners, athletes and sportspeople alike.

I offer both private and shared (3 people) reformer classes in my small studio at home in Farlington.

Whether you’re new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or looking to build strength and stability, there’s an option that fits your needs, comfort level, and goals. Reformer is safe and effective for pre and post natal mums, all exercises can be adapted to suit the changes through pregnancy and after.
