Class descriptions

Mat Pilates Classes

Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on improving core strength, posture, flexibility and body awareness. It involves controlled movements, breathing techniques and mindful alignment to strengthen deep muscles in the abdomen, back and hips. Pilates can be done on a mat or using specialised equipment and is suitable for all fitness levels. It’s often used to support injury recovery, improve balance, and build strength without putting strain on the joints.

Strength & Conditioning for midlife women

Join our invigorating strength and conditioning class designed specifically for midlife women! Using hand weights and resistance bands, you'll build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your overall fitness in a supportive environment. Each session focuses on enhancing endurance and toning your muscles, all while fostering a sense of community.  Muscle growth is so important as we lose muscle due to hormonal changes from perimenopause. With strength training and eating more protein, we can prevent this muscle loss.

This Pilates, Yoga, and Relaxation class provides a holistic approach to wellness. This class combines core-strengthening Pilates exercises, calming yoga, and relaxation techniques to help you achieve balance and tranquility. Suitable for all, you'll enhance your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in supportive environment. Come unwind and revitalize your body and mind with us!

This class is for anyone that likes to move to music, its an exercise class where fun meets fitness! This energising session combines dynamic dance moves with an effective workout, ensuring you burn calories while having a blast. Suitable for all levels, I will guide you through each routine, helping you unleash your inner dancer and boost your confidence. Come ready to move, groove and sweat your way to a healthier you! All ages welcome. Bring a mat as we do some core work at the end of the session.
